Review: hope this message finds you well. I recently made a purchase from Shein and unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to discover an exorbitant customs fee charged by South Africa Customs. The fee amounted to [insert amount] and significantly increased the overall cost of my order. As a loyal customer, I appreciate Shein's affordable prices and quality products. However, the unexpected customs fee has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I believe it is unfair for customers to bear such high fees, especially when they are not clearly communicated during the checkout process. I kindly request Shein's assistance in addressing this matter. Could you please investigate why such a high customs fee was charged and provide a solution to either refund or reduce the amount? I value Shein's commitment to customer satisfa
